Talbot’s motive for writing this book was that as a former research physicist, Episcopal priest, and Silva Mind Control instructor, his rather eclectic background put him in a unique position  to look at our inherent spirituality in a new way. He contends that if you want to make the standard religions relevant, you have to turn a blind eye to the incredible scientific discoveries made in the last hundred years, causing too many believers to revert to a Medieval fundamentalism. And if you think materialism is the only alternative to religion, then you have to ignore the spiritual implications of those very same scientific discoveries.

A New Book that can Change the Way you Look at Life!

 

Every once in a while someone will come along and take an idea that everyone thinks is obvious and turns it upside-down to reveal an entirely new way to look at it. Copernicus did it when he said suppose the earth moves around the sun instead of the sun moving around the earth. Once Galileo proved it was true, the way we looked at the universe changed completely. Newton did it when he said suppose the force that causes an apple to fall to the ground is the same force that controls the motion of the planets and the stars. When Newton’s equations proved it was true, mankind was eventually able to use them to figure out how to get to the Moon.

 

And now a book has come out that says that  if everyone has free will, then although we all seem to be a product of this physical world, our true essence must be more than our physical bodies. Amazingly, science, itself, has revealed how a transcendent soul can enter and control our physical bodies.

 

If we have free will, we're more than  just a body. We are a soul that has a body!
